- 2½–3 cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup thick blueberry jam
Chocolate Coating
- 10 oz dark or semisweet chocolate
- 1–2 tsp coconut oil (optional)
🍳 Preparation
Step 1: Make the Filling
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy (2–3 minutes). Mix in vanilla and salt. Gradually add powdered sugar until thick and scoopable. Chill 15–20 minutes.
Step 2: Add the Blueberry Center
Scoop 1 tablespoon of filling and flatten slightly. Add about ½ teaspoon blueberry jam in the center. Cover with a small piece of filling, seal edges completely, and roll into a smooth ball.
Step 3: Chill the Truffles
Place shaped truffles on parchment and refrigerate 30–40 minutes (or freeze 10–12 minutes) until firm. This prevents leaking when dipped in chocolate.
Step 4: Coat in Chocolate
Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth. Let cool slightly. Dip chilled truffles, allow excess to drip off, and place back on parchment to set.
