Cream Cheese Layer

Cranberry Layer

  • 500–600 g (1¼–1½ lb) prepared cranberry sauce

Crumb Topping

  • ¼ cup (56 g) cold unsalted butter, diced
  • ⅓ cup (45–50 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp (25–30 g) light brown sugar

How to Make

Step 1: Make the Pie Crust

  1. Combine flour and cold cubed butter in a bowl.
  2. Cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add ice water gradually until dough comes together.
  4. Shape into a disk, wrap tightly, and chill for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Prebake the Crust
