How to Make

Step 1: Prepare the Raspberry Layer

  1. Gently warm the raspberry jam.
  2. Stir in water or lemon juice until thick but spoonable.
  3. Let cool completely before assembling.

Step 2: Make the Cream

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
  2. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Mix gently until creamy and well combined.

Step 3: Assemble the Dessert

  1. Spoon 2 tbsp raspberry jam into the bottom of each glass.
  2. Quickly dip ladyfingers into milk (about 1 second per side) and break to fit.
  3. Add a layer of ladyfingers, followed by a layer of cream.
  4. Repeat layers: raspberry jam → ladyfingers → cream.
  5. Finish with a neat swirl or smooth layer of cream on top.
