- Herb-forward: Increase rosemary and thyme or add dried oregano.

- Caramelized crust: Add a pinch of brown sugar for better searing.
- Beyond steak: Use on burgers, veggies, potatoes, or steak tacos.
FAQs
Do I really need salt in my seasoning?
Yes. Salt enhances flavor, draws out moisture, and helps form a beautiful crust when cooking.
Can I make this ahead of time?
Absolutely. Store it in a sealed container for up to 6 months for easy steakhouse flavor anytime.
How much seasoning should I use per steak?
About 1–2 teaspoons per side works well. Use more for thicker cuts or bolder flavor.
Can I skip the cayenne?
Yes. It’s optional — omit for a mild savory blend or increase it for extra heat.
